Re: Our Organisation and Protecting Venerable Young People.
We are now registered with the Safe Network and have asked them to direct our team in all safe practices in working with vulnerable young people. And will keep you posted.
We were already aware of the need to protect young people but realize safe practices develop and improve over time.

We have selected a Cast of performers from several colleges and wish to work with the group in rehearsals and put on a public performance, all with parental support and approval.
Fareham College wished to be sure that we have put in all necessity safe guards to protect vulnerable young people .
I am the Director of our organization who’s Articles of Incorporation are registered with the Securities Exchange Commission in the Philippines, under the title Trojan Horse International (TULIP) Phils. Incorporated. We are also registered with Companies House UK, as an overseas Branch, at our UK office, 11 Hayling Close, Fareham, Hampshire, PO143AE. Our Articles of Incorporation are available on our website.
We would like you help in advising us on all the necessary steps we need to take to protect vulnerable people that work with us in this and other ongoing projects.

We would like to bring them together with their fried and families to tell them their role and give further directions and at the same time give a performance of the music for their benefit and all involve.
Please advise on any further college procedures and college policies with respect to week or week end use of the Theatre, as Saturday February 15th, or Sunday 16th, would be another suitable time.
