BIG PLANS FOR THE FUTURE
TELLING the story of Dave Clarke’s life through the medium of a Punk Opera is just the beginning.
The Asylum Seekers, along with Dave, are now offering to take submission from people in the area and further afield to make an opera about other people.
They hope to attract enough suggestions to create a show about what they call a “Peoples Villain”.
The person could be a local celebrity, or a national figure from any walk of life, from politics to sport to show business.
Dave said: “We’re really serious about running a request service to get people to nominate people.
It can be a popular villain or an MP, we want the audience to email is and ask us to write one.
“The band will write it and sing it, it will help take the band further.”
